Coaching

  • Immersive 3 or 6-month coaching programs are available for individuals, couples, or small groups.

    This program is designed for those who want to:

    • Strengthen leadership skills

    • Improve communication skills, navigate challenging discussions, and break free of repeating patterns when overwhelmed

    • Release the past and embrace their true purpose

    • Heal from pain, confront fear, and forge their greatness

    • Elevate every dimension of their lives

    • 1x1 Sessions via Zoom or in-person (Costa Rica)

    • 3-month or 6-month program timeframe, depending on goals

    • Includes three 50-minute online (or in-person in CR) sessions per month.

    • Unlimited support between sessions via a messaging app

    • Includes access to the “40-Day Nervous System Reset” course designed by the Elementum Coaching Institute—to assist in nervous system regulation and education.

    • In between sessions, there are assignments to assist with reflection and growth.

Courses

  • The Stress Reset course is designed to help you build a greater capacity to endure and enjoy the fullness of life. We've all had the experience of slipping into our survival patterns during stressful periods. This course is designed to help you catch yourself earlier and spend less time in your survival response.

    It is a somatic and nervous system-based approach to stress relief and resilience with a blend of education and practical tools. It is an online self-paced course with six modules that cover:

    • Understanding Your Nervous System

    • Focusing on your Health (how to counteract the detrimental health effects of chronic stress)

    • Creating Awareness (and the space to choose a different response)

    • Building Resilience

    • Creating a different relationship to stress moving forward

  • The 40 DAY NERVOUS SYSTEM RESET course was created by the Elementum Coaching Institute and combines knowledge about trauma, creating safety in the body, and research on the Nervous System. It contains 40 days of exercises, daily integration journaling, and embodiment challenges.

    This course supports creating a new baseline of safety for your nervous system. With exercises that help you ground, contain, center, and feel the power and sensation in your body. This starts to have the trauma move to the background and the awareness and sensations of the body move to the foreground. This program is broken down into 4 sections of 10 days each: SAFE IN MY BODY, SAFE IN WHO I AM, SAFE IN THE WORLD, SAFE IN WHO I AM REVEALING.

    *Access is only available in conjunction with an individual or relationship coaching program

As a somatic practitioner, my aim is to help you find fulfillment within and in your relationships with others so that you can experience greater purpose and satisfaction in life.

I support you in releasing the patterns of stress, overwhelm, and busyness and developing balance, resilience, and peace through individual, couples, and group coaching.

Our sessions focus on releasing limiting beliefs and patterns that are no longer working for you, regulating your nervous system, and building the tools and skills to help you reach your goals.

I provide a safe and compassionate space where we collaborate to build your communication skills and boost your self-acceptance, self-empowerment, and trust.

Core Values and Approach

Holistic

I believe in working with you as a whole person. We know from recent research that emotions and trauma are stored in the body. This is why my approach incorporates working with the body (somatics), emotions, and spirit, in addition to your mind. When each of these components are engaged you can experience lasting transformation. This is in contrast to mindset-only work, which helps you get better at understanding your history but often does not help you feel different and be able to take action so that your life looks different.

Personalized

Each session is personalized to you—understanding your specific survival patterns and limiting beliefs, and working towards your goals. Our sessions may include a combination of identifying common stories, beliefs, or patterns that play out in your life; physical exercises and listening to what the body communicates, such as movement, body reading, and breathwork; processing emotions; and subtle work to help expand your ability to regulate your nervous system. Together we will explore what you want to change and why and how those issues affect your current life experience and relationships.  

Relational

We get hurt in relationships and we heal in (healthy) relationships. The coaching relationship is a compassionate and non-judgemental space. It is my intention to give the best of myself to our work together, to be attuned to your needs, to create a safe and supportive environment in which you can experience and embrace more of yourself and where you can evolve and change.

  • In this stage, we go beyond the surface problem and identify beliefs, patterns and/or behaviors that are unconsciously operating. We will also work on understanding your default nervous system response and survival strategies.

    Many clients come to me with great awareness but are stuck at this stage.

  • In this stage, we work on bringing a spirit of compassion, curiosity, and acceptance for the reality of your current situation. This does not mean being complacent. Rather it is learning to be present with what is without judgement or shame. Often when we try really hard to push away feeling or “fix” things the problem gets more acute. Bringing compassion to these places helps facilitate resolution.

  • A pivotal part of the healing journey is identifying the root cause of your triggers. Triggers are typically unwanted feelings, stories, or beliefs that need to be observed with more curiosity, love, and compassion. Cultivating this softness allows you to fully express any previously unmet needs and desires and also introduces the possibility of being with a wide range of emotions on the level of felt sensation. This felt sense allows you to connect to your innate wisdom.

  • As you learn to regulate your nervous system and old beliefs and triggers are released, there is an opening for something new. You are now able to explore what is possible and available that wasn’t before the session. Here we will identify what new beliefs and actions are going to create a life that feels fulfilling and joyful.

  • Finally, we identify actions to take to integrate this new way of being in the world. This is the most crucial stage to guarantee lasting transformation and it takes time to build and strengthen the new neural pathways. The process of stabilizing these new shifts takes about 18 months.
