Frequently asked questions.

What does a session look like?

Typically, sessions start with a breathing or grounding exercise to come into the present moment and connect. Each session is personalized to your goals and what is happening in your life at the time the session begins. Our sessions may include a combination of:

  • identifying common stories, beliefs, or patterns that impact your life

  • physical exercises and movement to move or release tension in the body

  • body reading

  • breathwork

  • processing emotions

  • nervous system regulation

Together we will explore what you want to change and why and how those issues affect your current life experience and relationships. It is helpful to wear comfortable clothing (such as athletic wear). I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all coaching program. I use my intuition, listen with an open heart, ask thoughtful questions, and call you forward into the greatest version of yourself.

How long are your sessions?

Our first session together is 90 minutes. In this session, we will review key items in your intake form and establish goals for our work together. All other sessions are scheduled for 50 minutes.

Who can benefit from this experience?

Any adult who is ready for a change! Past and current clients include entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, artists and creatives, trauma survivors, moms, athletes, couples, parents and their adult children.

Can you guarantee results?

Coaching is an ongoing relationship and collaborative process. The opportunity for successful coaching increases with time and dedication. Changing habits and creating possibilities is an ongoing process. Clients who commit to showing up for sessions and taking action in between have all seen significant change! However, people are not machines, and responses and results can vary.

I give my best insight, experience, and empathy to our work together. A supportive environment is an essential part of the process. You can experience and embrace more of yourself, your energy, and your ground of being in new and expanded ways in a safe and accepting space.

My ongoing goals for you are self-empowerment, self-love, self-acceptance, discovery of your life purpose, and greater satisfaction in your life. We will collaborate in formulating additional intentions for your work. I hold our relationship as a sacred trust. I look forward to working with you.

What is the difference between coaching & therapy?

Coaching is not rooted in the diagnosis or treatment of specific mental health disorders. It is focused on behavior change and goal-oriented action. Coaching is highly effective when you are motivated to make healthy changes and accomplish your objectives.

Therapy focuses on diagnosing and treating pathology, addiction, mood, personality, behavior, and learning disorders, and resolving family systems issues.

I am a certified trauma-informed master coach and am trained in somatic therapeutic techniques. I am not a licensed therapist. My goal is to help you achieve greater happiness, fulfillment, and experience deeper connections.
