Hi, I’m Becky Humphrey
I am passionate about helping you live a joyful and fulfilling life and find freedom from the patterns and limiting beliefs that are holding you back. I am a certified trauma-informed Master Coach (from the Elementum Coaching Institute), a Core Energetics Practitioner in-training, and a TCS Method Mastery graduate and facilitator for Training Camp for the Soul.
I take a holistic approach that incorporates working with the whole person—the mind, emotions, spirit, will, and body—to create transformation. I have studied dozens of different coaching and therapeutic modalities. Among them, I’ve found the most effective tools and processes to help facilitate transformation. My favored methods include nervous system regulation, somatic healing, inner child work, Core Energetics, and Internal Family Systems.
If you want to improve your well-being, cope with stress, or deal with anxiety, I can help you through my courses and coaching. We can work together to overcome challenges and create a fulfilling and joyful life. Together, we will create a safe and nurturing space for personal growth and transformation.
Ways We Can Work Together:

Immersive 3 or 6-month coaching programs are available for individuals, couples, or small groups.
Includes three 50-minute online (or in-person in CR) sessions per month.
Unlimited support is available between sessions via a messaging app.
Includes access to the “40-Day Nervous System Reset” course from ECI—to assist in nervous system regulation and education.
In between sessions, there are assignments to assist with reflection and growth.

The Stress Reset course is designed to help you build a greater capacity to endure and enjoy the fullness of life. The course is a somatic and nervous system-based approach to stress relief and resilience with a blend of education and practical tools. It is an online self-paced course with six modules that cover:
Understanding Your Nervous System
Focusing on your Health (how to counteract the detrimental health effects of chronic stress)
Creating Awareness (and the space to choose a different response)
Building Resilience
Creating a different relationship to stress
The 40-DAY NERVOUS SYSTEM RESET course was created by the Elementum Coaching Institute. It combines knowledge about trauma, creating safety in the body, and research on the Nervous System. It contains 40 days of exercises, daily integration journaling, and embodiment challenges. Access is only available concurrent with a coaching package with Becky.

Why I chose the name:
Be Free CoachingI believe people are capable of uncovering their personal freedom. The process of healing can enhance all the relationships in your life. When you live your biggest, boldest, most authentic life it has a ripple effect on everyone in your life.
Be Free Coaching is deeply personal. My first and last names contain “be” and “free” (in sound), respectively. I believe it was a part of my life path to shed old beliefs and identities and to choose freedom. For me, freedom means having the space to create the life of your dreams. Are you ready to be free?
